In Malaysia, consumers do not associate Skittles with the rainbow. To strengthen the ATL campaign, the client asked for an on-ground idea.
We took up the challenge and created a rainbow fan. The seven colours of the rainbow were printed on a fan. This creates a rainbow effect when people fan themselves.

We distributed them at open-air high traffic areas around the day where people would naturally use them.
All in all, the day was filled with rainbows.
